Facilitator Responsibilities*

Thank you for your interest in facilitating an Accountability group! As a facilitator your role is simple but important. You will be a full participant in the accountability group and we expect that you share honestly and in good faith with your fellow members. These groups are meant to be a place of mutual learning, support, and encouragement and our facilitators will model this with others in their group. Along with ethical business practices, there are only a few other requirements.

As a Group Facilitator, you agree to:

» Initiate correspondence in scheduling your group meetings,
» Be the point person in keeping meetings on schedule, and
» Report to Swift team members if there are any issues that arise in the groups.
» Keep their Swift Galleries membership open and in good standing.
